During her tenure as a public affairs professional, Ms. Limón has led successful local, statewide and national advocacy and social marketing initiatives for various types of clients, including city and state government, non-profit organizations, pharmaceutical and biotech companies and trade associations.
Prior to joining Schubert Flint Public Affairs, Ms. Limón served as a client service manager at a national public relations firm, where she was responsible for bilingual media relations, event planning and public health outreach on behalf of the California Department of Public Health’s Network for a Healthy California. In that role, Ms. Limón played an integral part in the success of several disaster preparedness projects, including the unveiling of the world’s largest civilian mobile field hospital and the launch of a mom-focused online disaster preparedness program for CaliforniaVolunteers.
Prior to her most recent post, Ms. Limón held several positions with an independent public relations firm in Sacramento, CA. During this time, she was responsible for the day-to-day management of several of the firm’s pharmaceutical and biotech accounts. Prior to working within the private industry, Ms. Limón spent time working for the Mexican Cultural Center of Northern California, a non-profit organization in Sacramento, CA.
Ms. Limón holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento with an emphasis in international and intercultural communication.
